Alan Barbic

Alan was born with a unique passion for life. He attended St. Lucy’s and then Archbishop Mitty High. After Graduating from high school, at the age of 19, he started a motorcycle dealership in San Jose called Yamaha of San Jose. During this time he also  had a successful professional road racing career in the AMA (#49). He married his wife Michele in 1978 and Upon the birth of his son, Ben, he retired from road racing and decided to become a Realtor in 1988.

He quickly established himself as one of the leading agents at his office and slowly built a team. His wife Michele joined the team in 1998 and quickly saw the family aspect help to grow the business forward. Also Alan brought  his son Ben to help him to learn the trade and the value of hard work. Alan was recruited to assistant manage the Los Gatos Coldwell Banker offices in 2004 due to the  knowledge he possess in real estate and  was more than helpful to the more than 175+ agent he helped mentor. Alan became chair for the Silicon Valley Association Realtors Los Gatos - Saratoga  district in 2015 and just successfully completed his term. Alan is also a California Association of Realtors Director having direct impact on laws and policies affecting the state of California and the real estate industry.


When not selling homes Alan rides motorcycle endurance rallies which has taken him all over North America and Canada. The IronButt is home to the “world's toughest riders” and is an 11 day 11,000 mile rally of epic proportions. He is an avid mechanic and does all of his own maintenance and modifications. Alan has been featured in prominent enthusiast magazines for his accomplishments and ingenious motorcycle modifications. Alan enjoys public speaking and is a  Dale Carnegie graduate and a member of Toastmasters. Alan has lived in the Santa Cruz mountains with his wife Michele for 40 years.


Ben Barbic

Ben has been around real estate his whole life. He went to St. Mary's in Los Gatos and then attended Archbishop Mitty High. He  began helping out his father when he was only twelve years old and quickly saw the excitement that came with the profession. After graduating from high school  Ben went on to  attending sound engineer school and then a degree in Psychology. He entered real estate in 2003. Since that time Ben has enjoyed success and cultivation of business while being able to learn and grow with his father Alan. He was able to see how to do the business correctly and learn from someone who has taught countless people how to succeed in real estate.  Family and business are  very important to Ben and carrying the torch of a passed down trade is very fulfilling and is proud to continue the Barbic real estate tradition that now spans 3 generations.


When not selling homes Ben also enjoys a successful music career and currently has his music in features films, international airplay, over 50,000 in social media following. He also is a diehard Warriors basketball fan and enjoys running half marathons, weight lifting and pickup basketball games in his spare time.


Ben has lived Willow Glen with his wife Angela, son Ken, daughter Gianna and cats Leonardo and Samantha since 2012. Ben is a parishioner at St. Christopher's in Willow Glen.


Alan and Ben are focused on bringing their clients the highest level of business they can. A level that can only come from years of experience, training, and most of all passion about what they do.
